JOIN US THIS SUNDAY
We meet Sundays @ 10:30am
OUR CURRENT SERIES - "Love Letters"
This four-part series looks at love as the fundamental characteristic of the Christian faith. The Bible returns repeatedly to the theme of love, calling us to love God with every part of our being. The spillover effect of this will be Christlike love for those around us.
On November 27th, we'll look at 1 John 2:7-11 as we talk about "The Test of Love."
This week, we explore where John teaches that our love for one another is the ultimate test of our relationship with God. This love, rooted in the gospel, reflects the light of Christ and proves our faith. John warns that failing to love—whether through hatred, neglect, or unresolved bitterness—reveals darkness in our hearts, often stemming from biblical woundedness or idolatry. True love heals wounds, breaks down idols, and shines as evidence of a life transformed by Christ. As Christians, we are called to evaluate our love not by words alone but by actions, forgiving others, serving selflessly, and reconciling broken relationships to walk fully in the light of God’s love.

There's a Place for YOU!!!
Our prayer is that you find real, genuine people at The Rock. Together, we seek the truth of the Word and a deeper relationship with the Lord. In our interaction with the SRCC family, we strive to walk in honesty, transparency, and love. At The Rock you will find a place where you can come as you are...a place where the less-than-perfect (that’s all of us!) are more than welcome.
Solid Rock Community Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!
